DonorPerfect is your CRM. Givecloud is your donor experience platform.

You use DonorPerfect to manage donor data, reporting, and operations. You use Givecloud for everything donor-facing, donation forms, recurring giving, events, memberships, peer-to-peer fundraising, donor portals, and more.

The biggest difference is that Givecloud is built to help nonprofits raise more money by creating modern, high-converting fundraising experiences donors actually enjoy using.

Givecloud doesn't replace DonorPerfect. Givecloud integrates directly with it in real time, so Givecloud handles the donor experience, and DonorPerfect remains your system of record. DonorPerfect helps you manage donors. Givecloud helps you create more devoted donors.

Givecloud's DP integration syncs data from Givecloud Contributions to your DonorPerfect system on several matching rules, including the DonorPerfect ID, email address, and physical mailing address info associated with the donor. Learn more about how GC syncs to DP below:

Givecloud allows you to bundle event tickets together, which can be used to create a table of multiple tickets. Details here.

You can create Custom Fields on your forms to capture additional info about your donor, and link them to a UDF you create in DonorPerfect.

Yes, you can change the email Givecloud will use to send contribution notifications and tax receipt emails. Details here.

Yes, you can! Givecloud accounts come with a website included, which allows you to host your Classic Forms, Event Tickets, and other Givecloud features. 

To change the domain of your Givecloud site, follow these steps.

Givecloud's Classic Form collection (which includes Classic Forms, Split Fund Forms and Ecommerce Solutions like Products and Categories) live on your Givecloud website, so they cannot be embedded.

However, you can embed a Giving Experience on your external website! Details here.

Not at this time. However, Giving Experiences have a built-in QR Code generator that you can use to create a QR Code poster for donors to scan with their smartphones. Details here.

Givecloud also offers Wallet Pay (Apple Pay and Google Pay) through Stripe.
